Terms of service
Last updated July 2026
Time and expiry
- Parking time starts the moment payment succeeds — not when you opened the app or asked for a price.
- The end time is the server’s. The countdown in the app is a display and does not grant extra minutes.
- A vehicle still in the lot after expiry is handled under the lot’s own rules. The platform does not cover fines.
Prices and how long a quote lasts
- Every price shown is the final parking price.
- A quote is good for 10 minutes. After that you must get a fresh one, because event pricing or an early-bird window may have changed in between.
- An extension reprices the whole stay at the longer duration and subtracts what you already paid. Extending several times costs exactly what buying the final duration outright would have.
Refunds
- Leaving early is not refunded. The confirmation screen says so before you pay.
- If a platform fault charges you twice, we return the extra without being asked.
- Any other refund is the lot owner’s decision, and we carry it out.
Getting the plate right
- You enter the plate and confirm it before paying. A ticket caused by a mistyped plate is yours to carry.
- We upper-case it and strip spaces and hyphens, but we cannot check that the plate belongs to your car.
What operators agree to
- Rates, opening hours and lot details must be accurate.
- Operators must keep rates, operating rules and lot details current in the console.
- A lot may be taken offline at any time, but never in a way that affects parking already running.
